Do I have to sign an annual lease?
No. Campus View offers two types. Both are tied to the University of Toledo academic calendar.
- The Annual lease is from August to August or May to May.
- The Academic lease is from August to May.
Occasionally a few apartments are available for starting lease dates in the summer. Our office staff is happy to answer any questions regarding this.

How do I apply for an Apartment?
Applications can be made online, in person at our on-site office, or arrange to receive an application by calling the office at

Do you require a Guarantor?
Yes. All applicants are screened and require a guarantor or a surety of financial responsibility. Check with our staff for full details. The administrative/processing fee is $35.00 for each applicant and for each guarantor.

Is renter's insurance required?
No, but it is strongly recommended.

Do you do roommate matching?
No, we do not provide that service. If you want to share the apartment, the roommate choice is yours.

What is included in my rent? Do you provide utilities?
*Yes, some utilites are included in your rent payment. These are water, sewer, trash removal, and pest control. Residents are responsible for the electric.
*Parking in our open lot is provided for our residents. So are bicycle racks.
*An on-site coin-operated, controlled access laundry room is available.
*An outstanding professional staff, management and maintenance, is available to serve resident needs.
*Emergency maintenance is available 24/7.

How do I pay my rent?
There are several ways. Rent payments of check or money order can be made at the on-site office or sent by USPS. Automatic withdrawal payments from a bank account can be set up. Payment through a tenant portal can be made online by debit or credit cards for a fee.
